copyfomo mirrors top fomo traders' buys and sells at your size, in real time. this page is the whole manual: the commands, the path a trade takes from a leader's wallet to yours, every guard with its default and its trade-off, and where the money sits at each step.
copyfomo is a telegram bot. you pick a trader from the fomo leaderboard, you set your size, and their buys and their sells are mirrored into a wallet that belongs to you, at your size, while you do something else.
copyfomo copies on robinhood chain, base, bnb and solana.
copyfomo is not fomo. it is an independent product built on top of the public fomo leaderboard. it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by fomo.
fund your wallet before your trader's next move. copying arms itself at the end of the flow, and a copy fills once there is cash behind it.
in order: sizing mode, your size, max per trade, minimum trade to follow, market cap band, first buys only, take profit, stop loss, what the stop becomes after a take profit, max chase, what to do when your trader sells at a loss, and what to do when two of your traders buy the same coin.
save it at the end and your next copy starts from those answers.
| command | what it opens |
|---|---|
| /start | the main menu: your wallet, your balance, your pnl. |
| /leaderboard | the most followed wallets on fomo, with their 24h / 7d / 30d pnl. |
| /find | identify any fomo trader's wallet from their handle or a screenshot, then copy them like anyone on the leaderboard. |
| /portfolio | your cash, your positions, your pnl, and a sell button on each position. |
| /copies | who you copy, the size set for each, pnl per trader, and the pause switch. |
| /alerts | the traders, wallets and price levels you watch without copying. |
| /thesis | get pinged when a trader posts or updates a thesis on a token you watch. |
| /portfoliotracker | track up to three fomo accounts and get pinged when a top trader buys something they hold. |
| /deposit | fund your wallet: crypto, apple pay, or cash app. |
| /withdraw | send funds to your own wallet: cash out as usdc, or send a token out as-is. |
| /settings | your guards, your notifications, the kill switch, and your keys. |
| /referral | your invite link, what you earned, and the claim button. |
| /token | cashback for holding $COPY. |
| /community | the public copyfomo group. |
| /help | the command list, and support. |
| /killcam | replay your last closed position as a shareable card. |
| /stop | a shortcut to /copies, where the pause switch lives. |
the chat itself is an input:
add the bot to a group and the alerts belong to the group, not to one member.
| command | what it does |
|---|---|
| /find | identify a trader's wallet from a screenshot posted in the thread. the bot needs to be an admin to see images. |
| /top | the most followed traders, with a 🔔 track button on each. |
| /thesis | thesis alerts for the group, on a token or on a trader. |
| /portfoliotracker | ping the group when a top trader buys a bag one of the tracked accounts holds. |
| /alerts | everything this group watches, with a tap to remove. |
| /help | the welcome card and the permission rules. |
pasting a contract address in a group opens its card, no command needed. anyone can search and copy, only group admins can add or remove what the group watches. money screens live only in a private chat.
your trader buys. copyfomo sees it on chain, runs it through your rules, and buys at your size. a copied buy lands within seconds of theirs.
before anything else, it checks your trader actually paid for that buy: anyone can push tokens into a well-known wallet to make it look like a purchase. what cannot be confirmed is not copied.
then your own rules decide. the first one that matches stops the copy, and you get a message saying which:
| rule | skipped when |
|---|---|
| copying paused | copying is paused on your account. |
| first buys only | it is not your trader's very first entry into that token. |
| no re-buy after a sell | you no longer hold it and one of your traders sold it in the last 24 hours. |
| first buy wins | you already hold that coin through another trader. |
| minimum trade | their own trade is under your minimum. |
| market cap band | the token is outside the band you set, or its market cap could not be verified. |
| cooldown | you bought that token less than your cooldown ago. |
| max positions | you are at your cap and this would be a new token. adding to something you hold is always allowed. |
| daily budget | your daily budget is spent. |
| max chase · max impact | the price ran too far past their entry, or the fill would move the pool too much. |
on a sell, only the trader who opened your position can close it. if trader a opened your bag, trader b selling does not touch it.
sizing is set per trader. you can copy one at $20 a trade and another at 5% of theirs.
the same dollar amount on every copied trade. they buy $400, you buy $50. they buy $2,000, you buy $50.
what it implies: your exposure is predictable, and disconnected from their conviction. a fixed amount is never capped by anything else.
a share of what they spent. they buy $400, at 10% you buy $40. they buy $2,000, you buy $200.
what it implies: you scale with their conviction, including on the trade where they go big. that is what max per trade is for.
a ceiling on any single copy, whatever they do. at 2%, a $30,000 print would be $600 without it.
what it implies: it is the safety net of % sizing. a fixed $500 is never trimmed to $250.
a copy is never placed under $3.
set in the copy flow, it belongs to that trader. set in /settings, it applies to all of them. sizing, max per trade, the market cap band, first buys only, take profit and stop loss are stored per trader. your minimum trade and your max chase are account-wide.
the kill switch. paused, nothing is mirrored. nothing is sold either: your positions stay exactly where they are, and you can still sell them by hand from /portfolio.
what it implies: pause is a full stop, so your take profit and stop loss pause with it and come back the moment you resume.
ignore trades under this amount. small buys are often probes, not conviction.
what it implies: traders clip small more often than people expect, so a minimum set too high is the usual reason a copy stays quiet.
if the price has already run too far past their entry by the time your trade would land, it is skipped. they entered at $0.010, you set 25%: a fill at $0.013 or more is refused.
what it implies: this is what protects your entry price. tight means more skipped copies on fast movers, loose means you sometimes buy the candle they created.
how much worse than the fair price you accept because your own order moved the pool. fair price would give you 1,000 tokens, the pool gives you 900: that is 10% impact. most fills land under 3%.
what it implies: turn it on and you stop paying for illiquidity, at the cost of missing the smallest launches. that is why it is off by default.
how far the price may move against you between the quote and the fill. auto widens as the price keeps running, so the trade goes through.
what it implies: slippage decides whether a trade fills, not what you pay: your max chase is what caps the entry. too tight and the trade comes back unfilled.
only copy buys inside a market cap band.
what it implies: tiny caps run harder and rug harder, and what is already big has less room to run. if the market cap cannot be verified, the copy is skipped rather than guessed. neither ever blocks an exit.
copy only their very first entry into a token. if they had already traded it before, the big move is often gone.
what it implies: exits on tokens you hold still copy either way.
a repeat buy of a token you already hold inside the window is skipped.
what it implies: traders fire in bursts. a short cooldown lets you stack into a runner, a long one stops you averaging up blindly.
no new tokens are opened past this count. adding to a token you already hold is always allowed.
what it implies: it caps how many things you have to think about, not how much you spend.
one of your traders buys bonk and you copy it. an hour later another one buys bonk too. first buy wins: you keep one bonk position and the second buy is skipped. buy again: each buy adds to your position, inside your cooldown.
what it implies: one position per coin, or one per trader. with "buy again" a coin several of them like becomes your biggest position on its own.
once a token has left your wallet, by a trader's sell, your take profit or your stop loss, copyfomo does not buy it back for 24 hours.
what it implies: re-entering a coin one of your traders just exited, behind another one, is the fastest way to lose twice on the same token in an afternoon.
mirror: they sell 30% of their bag, 30% of yours is sold. all at once: any sell of theirs closes your whole position.
what it implies: mirroring follows their conviction, trims included. either way, a near-full sell closes everything, so you are never left holding dust.
sell with them mirrors every exit. hold when I'm down mirrors an exit only when your position is in profit at that moment.
what it implies: holding avoids crystallising someone else's mistake, and leaves the position under your own stop loss rather than their decision. the bot tells you each time it holds.
your own exit, independent from your trader. up this much over your entry, copyfomo sells without waiting for anyone. you can ladder it: sell 75% at +300%, let 25% ride to +1000%, or let it ride with no ceiling as a moonbag.
what it implies: what you leave unassigned has no take profit, but it is still under your stop.
down this much from your entry, copyfomo sells all of what is left.
what it implies: a stop loss wins over a take profit when both would trigger, protection first. it is also what makes "hold when I'm down" workable.
breakeven: once a rung has fired, the stop on the rest moves up to your entry, so what is left cannot turn into a loss. keep my stop: the rest stays under your original stop.
what it implies: breakeven is tighter, and a pullback to your entry closes the rest. keep gives it room to breathe.
take profit and stop loss cover copied positions. a token you bought yourself, from a pasted contract or from an alert, is yours to sell from /portfolio. if you add to a token you already copy, the whole position stays covered. changing either one applies to everything you already hold, not only to your next trade.
the message when a copy is skipped for lack of funds, with what was needed and what was available. at most one per trader per hour.
the first sends you the reasoning a trader you follow publishes on a trade. the second pings you when a top trader posts a thesis on a token you hold.
puts your guards back to the defaults above in one tap, and clears your take profit and stop loss. it leaves the kill switch, your per-trader settings and the 24 hour no-re-buy rule alone.
sometimes the liquidity behind a memecoin disappears. copyfomo checks repeatedly, from more than one source and over at least a day, before saying so. only then is the position marked "🪫 can't be sold" and its cost booked as a loss.
the tokens stay in your wallet, the verdict is re-tested every few hours, and the position comes back if a route does.
you get two addresses: one for every evm chain, and one for solana. you can export the private key at any time from /settings.
your copyfomo trading wallet is where the money is. your personal wallet is what the exported key opens. they are two different addresses on evm, so a wallet app will show you the personal one, empty, until you move funds across. the 🔑 my wallets screen offers to do exactly that before you export. on solana your key opens your funds directly.
send stablecoins to your address. what is accepted, by network:
| network | accepted |
|---|---|
| base | USDC, USDbC, USDT |
| robinhood chain | USDG only |
| bnb chain | USDC, USDT |
| ethereum | USDC, USDT, DAI |
| arbitrum | USDC, USDT, USDC.e |
| polygon | USDC, USDT, USDC.e |
| hyperevm | USDC, USDT |
| solana | USDC, or native SOL |
eth, bnb and pol work too, from about $1 up: they are converted for you. usdc sent to robinhood chain is not credited, that chain uses usdg. memecoins sent to your deposit address are not deposits.
you can also pay by apple pay or card, or with cash app from $5 to $500 per order. both land within minutes.
a deposit is usually ready within a minute. if it needs moving first, you get a second message when it is.
your cash sits on the four chains copyfomo trades, and a single trade spends from one of them. so what a copy can spend in one go is your biggest balance, not the total, which is why a skip message can show less than your home screen. copyfomo moves your cash to the chains your traders actually use, on its own and at no cost to you.
copyfomo charges nothing on a withdrawal. the only gap between "amount" and "you receive" is the cost of the route itself.
to see a token withdrawn to robinhood chain, add that network to your wallet (chain id 4663, rpc rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com), and add the token by contract address if your wallet does not know it.
📤 move everything to my personal wallet, in /settings under 🔑 my wallets, empties the trading wallet into the wallet your exported key opens: cash, tokens and positions, nothing sold. it tells you exactly what changes before you confirm, and you can run it again at any time to move whatever is left.
/portfolio shows your cash, the value of your positions, your realized and open pnl, and what you have invested. prices there are what each token would fetch if you sold it right now, not a last-traded price.
/copies breaks your pnl down per trader. 🧾 trade history, from /portfolio, lists every closed position with what you put in, what you took out, and the market cap you entered and exited at.
/referral gives you a link. people who start the bot through it get 10% off their trading fees, for good, and you earn 15% of what they pay, on every trade, for as long as they keep trading. no cap, no expiry.
your rate is locked in for each person the moment they arrive. claims start at $5, paid straight into your copyfomo wallet.
hold $COPY in your copyfomo wallet and a share of copyfomo's revenue comes back to you. /token shows what you hold, what you earned and what is pending.
| how it works | |
|---|---|
| rhythm | every 6 hours. |
| what counts | the smallest amount you held across the window, so buying just before the close earns nothing for it. |
| how it splits | the more you hold the more you get, and it flattens out at the top so one big holder does not take the room. |
| activity boost | ×2 if you made a trade in the last 30 days. |
| seasons | 10 days each, and the share steps down: 30%, then 20%, then 10%. /token shows the season and the days left. |
| payment | paid into your copyfomo wallet once your total reaches $5. |
selling all of your $COPY forfeits the cashback you had not been paid yet. selling part of it loses nothing: you keep what is pending and you keep earning. moving everything to your personal wallet also moves your $COPY out, and it stops counting.
$COPY is not a trading position: it lives on /token, not in your portfolio, and it has no take profit or stop loss.
everything here is information. nothing is bought or sold on your behalf, though the buttons under an alert can start a real trade, behind the usual confirmation screen.
🔔 get alerts on any trader card. four questions instead of a dozen: which trades you want to hear about, a minimum trade size, and a market cap band. no sizing, no fee, no wallet.
if you already copy someone you do not also get their alert, your own fill message is enough. stop copying and the alerts come back on their own.
paste any wallet address, with no fomo account behind it, and get pinged when it trades. up to ten wallet alerts.
copyfomo does not watch machines: an address that is a contract, or that trades hundreds of times a day, is turned down, so your feed stays readable.
from a buy alert, 🎯 ping me if it dips arms a watch under your trader's own entry: -25%, -50%, -75% or a custom depth, live for 10 days. from any token card you can arm the same thing on the price right now, dip or pump.
if your trader sells out of the token, the watch stops and you are told: their entry is no longer a reference.
⚡ on a token card, for the things that are not prices: when the token pays for its dexscreener profile, when someone buys it a boost, and when its X account changes. each one says plainly what it means, and each expires after 30 days.
fomo traders write why they took a trade. /thesis lets you watch a token and get pinged whenever anyone posts or updates a thesis on it. separately, in /settings, you get the theses of the traders you follow and those written about tokens you hold.
/portfoliotracker watches the bags of up to three fomo accounts, yours or anyone's, and pings you when a tracked trader buys something they hold. you pick the trade size worth a ping. no deposit, no wallet.
/find turns a handle or a profile screenshot into a wallet you can copy. it checks the wallet really is theirs before saving it, and refuses rather than guesses: copying the wrong trader is worse than not finding one.
ten searches a day, twenty in a group, and a trader already identified is free.
a closed position can be replayed as a card with /killcam or the 🎬 button. a card shows percentages, never amounts, unless you switch it. you can send it into any telegram chat, or publish it as a web page.
a published card is a public page. anyone with the link can open it, with no login. and if you switched the card to show amounts, the amount goes public with it.
💬 support on /help. you type in your own chat, a human reads it, and the answer comes back in the same chat. screenshots work.
reading the silence: no message after a trade you saw means one of your rules did its job, or the trade could not be placed inside them. /copies shows what each trader has actually done for you.
if you block the bot, your trader alerts and thesis watches stop. re-arm them from /alerts and /thesis when you come back. your copying and your positions are untouched.
no. it is an independent product built on top of fomo's public leaderboard. names, photos and figures belong to their owners.
you do, on chain, in a wallet whose private key you can export at any time. copyfomo never sees that key. on evm the key opens your personal wallet, and your balance sits in the copyfomo trading wallet it controls, so move funds across before you expect to see them in metamask.
yes. ⏸ pause all, in /settings or /copies. nothing is sold and nothing is mirrored until you resume. your take profit and stop loss pause with it, and come back when you do.
nothing is sold. the position stays and keeps its pnl. what stops is the mirroring, exits included: their future sells no longer close your bag. your own take profit and stop loss keep protecting it.
most often one of your own rules: under your minimum, outside your market cap band, inside your cooldown, sold in the last 24 hours, or at your position cap. those all send you a message with the reason. the other case is the payment check: if copyfomo cannot confirm your trader paid for that buy, it does not copy it.
a copy is never placed under $3, and the default size is $50 per trade. deposit enough for several trades: with one buy's worth in the wallet the copies after it wait, and the bot tells you before you get there.
yes, with a different size for each. decide what happens when two of them buy the same coin: one position opened by the first, or a position that grows with each of them.
no. a stop loss set inside a trader's copy flow belongs to that trader, and so does the take profit. set one from /settings and it applies to every trader you copy. your minimum trade and your max chase are account-wide either way.
copyfomo checks over at least a day, from more than one source, before saying so. the position is then marked "can't be sold" and its cost booked as a loss. the tokens stay in your wallet and the position comes back if a route does.
