bloom copy trade vs copyfomo
bloom and copyfomo both mirror another wallet's trades from telegram. they start from opposite ends: bloom from an address you already have, copyfomo from a fomo trader you already know.
bloom copy trade and copyfomo both mirror another wallet from telegram, but they solve different problems. bloom copies any address you paste, across solana and several evm chains, inside a full trading bot. copyfomo copies fomo traders by name, finding the wallet from a handle or profile screenshot, on robinhood chain, base, bnb and solana.
| bloom | copyfomo | |
|---|---|---|
| what it is | general trading bot with copy trading as one feature | copy trading bot built around fomo traders |
| how you pick who to copy | paste a wallet address | fomo leaderboard, or /find from a handle or screenshot |
| chains listed | solana, ethereum, bsc, base, robinhood, arc, hyperevm, ink (per docs) | robinhood chain, base, bnb, solana |
| buy sizing | fixed, same as target, or % of target (can exceed 100%), with max buy | fixed $ (from $3) or % of trader, with max per trade |
| sells | follow sells proportionally, or a fixed % (evm) | mirror the fraction sold, or close all on any sell |
| take profit / stop loss | documented on the evm copy bot | up to 3 take profit rungs, stop loss, breakeven after tp |
| other trading tools | sniping, limit orders, afk mode, chrome extension | alerts, wallet alerts, price watches, thesis pings |
the verdict in one line: pick bloom if you trade across many chains and already have the addresses you want to copy; pick copyfomo if the traders you want to follow are on the fomo leaderboard and you want their exits handled as carefully as their entries.
bloom details above come from bloom's own docs at docs.bloombot.app, as of sept 2026. features move fast on both sides, so check the current version before deciding.
where bloom is the better tool
honestly, in several places.
- breadth of chains. bloom's docs list ethereum, hyperevm, arc and ink alongside solana, bsc, base and robinhood. copyfomo trades on four chains, the ones fomo traders actually use.
- copy any wallet. if you found a wallet on a chart, on x or in a group chat and it has nothing to do with fomo, bloom copies it directly. copyfomo can watch any wallet and alert you, but it copies fomo traders.
- it is a whole trading desk. sniping, limit orders, afk automation, a chrome extension. copyfomo does not try to be a general terminal.
- fine-grained launch filters. bloom's copy settings include token age, dev holdings and slot difference. those matter a lot if you copy snipers on brand new launches.
if that list describes what you do, bloom is a reasonable choice and this page is not going to talk you out of it. it sits in the same family as the bots in our solana copy trading bots overview.
bloom copy trading for fomo traders: the missing step
the problem shows up the moment the trader you want to copy is on fomo. bloom starts from an address. the fomo app shows a trader's positions and pnl, but not the wallet behind them.
so with bloom you first have to get the address, and get the right one. copying the wrong wallet is worse than copying nothing, because you would be mirroring a stranger with full confidence. finding a fomo trader's wallet address explains why a confident match matters.
copyfomo removes that step. /leaderboard lists the most followed fomo traders, ready to copy, and you can browse their pages on the traders directory first. for anyone else, send a handle or a screenshot of their fomo profile to /find: it checks the wallet really is theirs before saving it, and refuses rather than guesses. a trader someone already identified is free to look up.
exits, the part that decides the result
both tools mirror sells. the differences are in the edge cases, which is where copied positions are actually won or lost.
| situation | copyfomo behaviour |
|---|---|
| trader sells 30% of their bag | mirror: 30% of yours is sold. all at once: your whole position closes |
| trader sells nearly everything | your position closes fully, no dust left behind |
| trader sells at a loss | sell with them, or hold when you are down and stay under your own stop |
| a second trader sells a coin the first opened | ignored: only the trader who opened your position can close it |
| your take profit or stop loss fires first | it wins, on your levels, not theirs |
the "hold when i'm down" option is worth a sentence. a trader cutting a loss is making a decision about their position, at their size, with their cost basis. it may not be the right decision for yours. every exit option is explained in the fomo copy trading settings guide.
entry guards compared
bloom's filters lean toward launch sniping: token age, dev holdings, market cap, first interaction, max per token. copyfomo's guards lean toward not paying too much for someone else's entry:
- max chase: skip the copy if the price already ran too far past the trader's entry.
- max impact: skip if your own order would move the pool too much.
- first buys only: copy only a trader's very first entry into a token.
- no re-buy after a sell: 24 hours, on for everyone, so a coin one trader just exited is not bought back behind another.
- a payment check: copyfomo confirms the trader actually paid for a buy before copying it, because anyone can push tokens into a well-known wallet to fake a purchase.
both approaches are legitimate. they reflect who each tool expects you to be copying.
custody and costs
on copyfomo you get one evm and one solana address, you can export the private key from /settings at any time, and withdraw as usdc whenever you want. copyfomo shows its rate on the confirmation screen before anything is armed, with no fee on deposits, withdrawals or holding.
bloom's fees page states 1% per buy and sell, 0.9% with a referral, as of sept 2026. bloom's site describes it as non-custodial. for the details of its wallets and key export, read its wallet docs directly rather than relying on a comparison page, ours included.
copyfomo is independent and not affiliated with fomo. if the traders you follow live on the fomo leaderboard, start @copyfomo_bot, open a trader card and read the copy flow's last screen before arming anything. keeping bloom for everything else is a perfectly sensible setup.
frequently asked
does bloom bot have copy trading?
yes. according to bloom's docs (as of sept 2026), you enter a target wallet address and each copy task can be customised: buy a fixed amount, the same amount, or a percentage of theirs, with a max buy, follow sells proportionally, and filters such as market cap, token age, dev holdings and first interaction. the evm bot also documents take profit and stop loss.
what fees does bloom charge?
bloom's fees page, as of sept 2026, states a 1% fee on every buy and sell, reduced to 0.9% for users who sign up through a referral. network gas is paid on top. fees change, so check bloom's own fees page before relying on any number, including this one.
can i copy a fomo trader with bloom?
only if you already have their wallet address, because bloom copies an address you paste. the fomo app shows positions and pnl but not the on-chain address. copyfomo starts from the trader instead: pick them on /leaderboard, or send a handle or a profile screenshot to /find, which checks the wallet really is theirs before saving it.
which is better for copying fomo traders, bloom or copyfomo?
for fomo traders specifically, copyfomo, because it finds the wallet from the profile and was built around how fomo traders trade. for copying arbitrary wallets across many chains, sniping launches or running limit orders, bloom is the broader tool. many people will reasonably use both for different jobs.
stop reading. start copying.
pick a trader from the fomo leaderboard, set your size, and the entries and the exits land in your own wallet while you sleep.
